Sky original comedy 'Brassic' begins production on final series

Production has commenced across the UK on the seventh series of the Sky Original comedy, Brassic.

The series, produced by Calamity Films, will be the show's final.

Co-creator Joe Gilgun stars as Vinnie, and is joined by returning cast Ryan Sampson (Tommo), Michelle Keegan (Erin), Aaron Heffernan (Ashley), Parth Thakerar (JJ), Joanna Higson (Sugar), Steve Evets (Jim).

The series is created by Danny Brocklehurst and Joe Gilgun and written by Danny Brocklehurst. Executive Producers are David Livingstone, Danny Brocklehurst, Joe Gilgun, Bekki Wray-Rogers and Alex Moody for Sky. Jim Poyser serves as the series producer.

Across the series, production services have been provided by Ice Film (camera and lenses); extras casting provided by Mad Dog 2020, Niche casting, Norf casting, and Universal extras; and Rowley VFX.
